Once your cancellation is confirmed, your subscription will be scheduled for termination and your account will be closed. Future billing will stop, but prior payments are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

Services or campaigns that have already launched or been made live
SMS, MMS, A2P fees, phone numbers, and email delivery charges
Auto-recharge payments used for telecom or compliance fees
Discounted multi-month packages (e.g., 3, 6, 12 months, or lifetime deals)Unused time or features included in a service bundle
Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

Most recent month of subscription (if requested within 7 days of renewal)
Educational courses, if requested within 30 days of purchase
